CANCELLATION POLICY


Upon booking your service, you will be asked to provide a card to be put on file. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not do so before or within the 24 hour period, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the service.

NO SHOW POLICY


Upon booking your service, you will be asked to provide a card to be put on file. If you are not present at the time of your scheduled appointment, you will be allotted 15 minutes PAST your appointment time to arrive. If you do not arrive after the 15 minute grace period, then your card on file will be charged for 100% of the service.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY


Any gift certificate purchased can be used toward any service, and expiration will be printed on certificate itself. Sales of gift certificates are non-refundable. Purchased gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates.
